Ice photography – a sensation of cold runs through our body whenever we hear that term. It can be the toughest of all types of photography.
The cold, however, can be the least a photographer shooting ice and snow has to think about. The bulk of clothes means we have to perfect the art of taking photos in uneasy angles and challenging positions. Add to that the fact we have to mostly shoot with gloves on.
It takes practice and lots of it to take photos that can give us the perfect picture. Use creative techniques, timing and angles to push the envelope. Take an idea, percolate on it and then work it.
Entries end midnight, January 31. And, as always, we reserve the right to not enter photos that stray off the theme.
Limit 2 entries per person.
